About Your Support and Donations
How will the donated money be used?
We will use the money for our mission “to continue supporting patients and their families suffering from intractable diseases and other disabilities” (activities that lead to this mission). For more details, please take a look at Our Main Activities.
What donation options are available?
There are two options: a one-time donation and a monthly donation.
Why is a monthly donation required?
Regular donations provide a stable operating base and enable us to carry out activities that benefit patients and their families over the long term.
What payment methods are available?
Credit card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer are available.
How is my credit card information handled?
Any credit card information is managed by congrant’s partner, the settlement agent Stripe Japan Inc. or Telecom Credit Inc.
Can I change my monthly donation amount, withdrawal account or method?
You can do so. Please contact us using the Contact Us form with the details of your changes.
Can I stop my donation?
Yes, you can do so. Please complete the Contact form.
Can I receive a tax credit for my donation?
We are seeking certification as a public benefit corporation, however, there are no tax benefits at this time, such as deductions for donations.
Are there other ways to suppost other than donating?

When can I receive a receipt for my donation?
A donation receipt will be sent to you in the month following your donation.
Can you re-issue donation receipts?
Please keep the donation receipt in a safe place as it cannot be re-issued.
Do you accept donations of goods?
We regret that we do not accept donations of goods.
Are there any conditions for donors?
We reserve the right to refuse donations from organizations that are offensive to public order and morals.
Can I donate from abroad?
Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX and Diners Club cards), Apple Pay or Google Pay are accepted. However, the unit of payment is to be yen.
Can you post my name or message on your website when I make a donation?
Yes, for donaors who wish to be posted, we will do so on message (Monthly donation) or message (One-time donation).
